At Cat-Tec Inc., your privacy is of great importance to us. Cat-Tec is dedicated to the protection of the personal information of our customers, visitors to our websites, and other individuals with whom we interact.

When you submit information to this website via the “Send Inquiry” webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. This information is stored within Squarespace, hosting provider and sent to Cat-Tec so that we can respond to your inquiry.
As a customer of Cat-Tec we may store employee usernames, email addresses, or access credentials. This information is stored in order to allow Cat-Tec to work as an integral part of your organization. This information is stored on secure, encrypted server environments.

In addition, we recommend that you do your part in protecting yourself from unauthorized access to your personal information. For example, never share your passwords with anyone. Cat-Tec is not liable for any unauthorized access to your personal information that is beyond our reasonable control.

Upon your written request, Cat-Tec will also inform you of how your personal information has been or is being used, and who your personal information has been shared with. If we have obtained information about you from other people, we will let you know who we got it from upon your request.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
Cat-Tec retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill legal or business purposes.
Once your information is no longer required by Cat-Tec to administer products or services, it is securely destroyed, erased or made anonymous. Keep in mind however that residual information may remain in back-ups for a period of time after its destruction date.
